1. Be responsible for customer consultation, collect and sort out relevant information

2. Arrange testing and track the whole process according to customer needs

3. Be responsible for handling customer complaints and abnormal problems

Requirement

1.College degree or above, CET-4 or above

2. Good office operation ability

3. Good communication skills

4. Working experience in order tracking is preferred, and excellent fresh graduates can be accepted
